Since the current document management set was implemented at the University, Kofax have revamped Ascent Capture (now version 10) and introduced a new licensing module as well as a server based administration. This project involves setting up a Kofax server from which the individual scan units can be much easier administered and the scan volume is controlled from a central pool. Any changes to document batches can be completed on the server and pushed out to the individual scan PCs.

Background
The current Polopoly search has limited functionality and isn’t easy to use, as such it needs to be improved in a number of areas.
The search features are spread over a number of different tabs. All searches cover all content (of certain type) within the system and there is no way to filter results for content within specific sections of the system. Users cannot search articles, sections and media bank resources at the same time. The main ‘Search’ tab has three options available through the following tabs:

This project will deliver an Interface which will transfer the Lease Sales Invoice information to the appropriate eFinancials Sales Ledger (via CLINK). The Interface will also post back to Archibus that the invoices have been sent to eFinancials.
