In collaboration with the Procurement Office, this project involves using the Sustainable Public Procurement Prioritisation Tool from the Scottish Government to assess SRS risks and opportunities in five key commodity areas: food/catering, ICT, estates/construction, travel, labs. A pilot to use the tool for the ICT category took place in March 2015, and this main stage of the project has been running since early 2016 and will run into mid-2017, with a plan for ongoing work developed.
