| Second set of workshops completed - ready for Design |
February has seen two sets of workshops, with Softcat meeting key folk from all the UOE stakeholders - colleges, ITI, Apps, LTW and USD. Softcat have most of the information needed to now move onto design and refine the plan, so we can book the UoE resources needed Plenty of follow up actions but project progressing well

A programme planning day was scheduled for the 18th, which set out dates for DTP001 and the other projects, many of which interact with each other.
It is clear now that the team doe snot have the expertise to move the project onto the next stage of analysis and design - Graham is recourcing a specifialist consutlant |
