Accommodation Services currently offer the facility for the public to book accommodation via external booking agents such as Bookings.com, Late Rooms and Expedia etc. The processing of such bookings is inefficient as it requires Accommodation Services staff to manually re-key bookings from either faxed or emails received from the external organisation.

This project will deliver the facility to enable external bookings to be processed fully electronically.
