The Projects Website is a key enabler for the delivery of projects. It brings together the tools a project manager needs to gether with a consistent way of presenting projects that enables exception reporting. The current site was developed by Apps for Apps a few years ago. It is both showing its age and is being stretched as more users from different parts of the university engage with it. We need to make a step change to support this broader audience and to use the learning we have gained from the existing tool.  This project is to create a prototype for a future tool that will enable us to test its acceptability across a wide range of audiences. The learning gained from this process would inform a subsequent development or procurement process.
