• Invitation to quote sent out to shortlisted suppliers
• Bids received from 3 of the 4 suppliers and initial review taken place.  Clarifications needed on cost.

Issues

• Project Manager and Project Sponsor lack of availability continues to be a concern.  This lack of availability is delaying the timeline.
• Project Sponsor to clarify funding position now that the project will be spanning into 16/17

Next steps

• Clarify supplier costs
• Complete stakeholder mapping
• Appoint supplier
