ISG03 - LST

Deployment of Microsoft Teams Rooms devices across larger meeting rooms in Argyle House. Project would also cover AV upgrades in some key areas: * Dual display (separate people and content) in Rooms 14 and 7 * Ceiling microphone arrays (Hybrid Classroom spec) in the Boardroom, 14 and 7 to provide very high quality audio and allow the furniture to be more flexible * MTR and AV upgrades in the medium sized set of spaces (6, 8, 15, Small K) * all equipment is movable should relocation be needed.  * Rest of the spaces to retain PC and speakerphone combos

ISG07 - Makers Space

AHRC funded 3D scanning and advanced video room:  repurpose of current room: decommissioning of vScene service, redesign of space to provide3D scanning and video equipment room. 

ISG08 - USD

Additional study spaces: Re-design of layout of former student services space on level 3 of the Main Library to create 170 additional student study spaces. - No AV Just an FYI

ISG11 - LUC

Construction of teaching room Teaching Space with Collections for Research Centre materials (rare / valuable heritage collections, which are unique and irreplaceable).

Conversion to virtual consultation room: New furnishings, equipment, décor of space

Upgrading of the AV equipment in the Main Library training room Upgrade of IT equipment to support Hybrid meetings A high specification meeting room equipped with Microsoft Teams Rooms capable hardware (and supporting software) based in the Main Library
