SFC has indicated that we funding confirmation will be issued in Nov which will allow us to put the plans created into action.
Further meetings have taken place regarding additional courses being added to the pilot. From the financial modelling we are optimistic we will be able to support new courses launching this year as well as continued support for our existing courses.
A number of meetings have taken place with industry to begin to develop a ‘most wanted’ list for tracking training demands. This includes meeting with Skills Development Scotland, University of Glasgow and BD's internal and external to the Uni.
Initial discussion have taken place with The Data Lab to utilise funding they have available to reduce to costs of some of our courses for students.
Lessons Learned document nearly finalised, with plans to share this with the team in Nov.
