Course leads have remained in touch regarding the funding and planning for their courses next year. There has been a lot of feedback confirming the advantages of knowing the funding is reoccurring, we will pass this on to SFC.
The numbers for PITDS remained low however from the course that have ran since January this is the exception. Explainable Machine Learning has a new start date of the 15th of June.
The collective meeting for the course leads went well, there was a lot of useful information exchanged a number of ideas offered on how we can work more effectively together as a collective and suggested improvements for the administration process.
The number of applications has dropped since March/April however this is expected in line with the number of courses launching. The quality of applications received is high across the vast majority.
The WFD programme was administration has been reviewed and the processes are currently being redesigned. The aim for these changes is to distribute the administration more effectively across the team and to improve efficiency when completing WFD taks.
