Excellent progress with One Bayes operating model, buy in of Executive Group and alignment with Informatics DoPS and HoS. Working with HR to plan phasing of detail to 'at risk' staff, and with Steve Ewing to prepare necessary MVP business plans, and supporting job descriptions. the area of Finance Management remains an unresolved issue (ref project BAY408). Overall this is on track, but marked as amber to signify element of risk associated with funding situation.
