Impact

Priority and Funding

This project is a High Priority project within the ITI Communications Infrastructure programme. ITI resources are available and commited to the project, and ITI have secured an external expert as the Technical Author.

We will only proceed with commitment of people from Estates and LTW and USD.

Impact and Dependencies

There is a dependency of having the IT Standards document ready in time to be useful to the AH refurbishment.

The IS Standards document that will feed into the Network Strategy Review project starting this year.

Constraints

Tolerances and Governance

There are no specific limits set in terms of resource.

Issues regarding ITI people resource and contractor funding will be escalated to Senior Supplier, Alan Boyd. Given the importance of having the documents ready as soon as possible for use on Argyle House, any slippage of milestones impacting on agreed delivery dates to be escalated immediately to sponsor Tony as soon as it is known, with any action to resolve the issue identified.

Collaboration

The project team will use the projects website for project transparency and information.

A wiki space will be used to provide a space for collaboration.
