This project will look at the quality of mobile signal reception at the QMRI where staff have reported poor reception.

It will  engage consultants to review QMRI and if there are problems then to set out options and recommendations.

If possible, consultants will also review some sites at the Easter Bush campus and report on them too.

Options will then be discussed with stakeholders at the QMRI and possible Easter Bush locations as well as senior management. 

The projct scope does not cover the implementation of any solution (although the project scope can be so changed if desirable).
