Office 365 offers free email, instant messaging, group video & voice chat, and collaborative online document viewing and editing.

Our students have been using o365 since January 2013 and have been very pleased with the service.

Our Exseed service, which provides mail to some staff and diaries to all,  requires a major upgrade including hardware replacement. O365 is an equivalent service to Exseed, so it is a natural point to move our existing Exseed staff users to o365.

We can implement the service so that all staff can choose which components they wish to use. You do not need to be an Exseed user to get the new services. We are not planning any changes to Staffmail so mail users who wish to use that mail service will be able to continue to do so unchanged.
