Overview
Background
The existing VRS application is now 12 years old, and as such business processes have evolved over this time. The priority of this small project will be to look at providing some immediate and important changes in order to deliver improved usability as opposed to new functionality. The purpose of this project is to:
- Identify which search fields need to be added, and which ones are no longer required.
- The results page is to be updated to give more information. The results will also need to be sortable by clicking on the column headings.
- This page needs to be updated so that when someone selects a service, any depending services are automatically selected, and any that are not applicable are greyed out. This is for the visitor’s page only, and not for the Identity Services tab.
Description
This BRD describes the business requirements for minor functional and cosmetic improvements to the Visitors Registrations System (VRS).
Objectives
The simple objective in this small project is to provide enhancements to improve the user interface. A survey has been carried out which will highlight the immediate improvements required in certain business areas.
