VRS Improvement Project now underway

A new project to enhance the interface of the Visitor Registration System (VRS)  has recently passed its planning stage. Work on establishing the requirements is now underway with an end-user survey being carried out in March to decipher what changes would bring the most benefit.

This small project will look at providing some immediate and important changes to the application interface in order to deliver improved usability as opposed to new functionality. Improved usability would include intelligent service selection:  selecting certain services would disable others that are not applicable, removal of redundant information and updating the selection criteria in the search.
