Impact and Dependencies

IDM is an integral service and as such the impact of any unplanned issues would be critical.  Important processes such as student records management, RMAS, Library Management and Timetabling will depend on this service.  Our Implementation document must be clear on the roles, responsibilities and timings of work for all stakeholders.

There is a cost impact should we be unable to migrate this database before our service contract ends.  We have a hard deadline for this work.
