Achievements in Last Period

• Grouper upgrade in Live completed 9th February
• Analysis of Phase 2 requirements completed early -  COM021-26 DOB wrongly inserted has been bought into scope for Phase 1 with all other requirements for Phase 2 agreed as ‘no further action’ at this time
• UAT to complete for remaining JIRAS 
• Preparations for Phase 1 deployment

  Issues

• Review COM 021-31(and 11, 12) with developer to confirm if any rework required and retest if necessary. Estimated further (2,3,3) days to complete
• Require for some of COM021 developments to be rolled back to allow COM023 testing to complete as these code changes are impacting VRS, currently being checked if this is correct situation. Testing on COM023 is not expected to start until Tuesday 1^st March therefore final UAT Acceptance on COM021 will be delayed and also deployment of Phase 1 to live. Request has been issued for deployment date confirmation from Student Systems proposed either 8th /15th March, milestones to be approved following this agreement.
• PICCL raised to mark Phase 2 milestones withdrawn as no longer required and remaining budget to be return to COM Programme
