The objective of the project is to:
- Upgrade SOA to v12c on Dev
- Prove that the upgrade is successful by testing Dev IDM with the new Dev SOA 12c
- Update the TAD, Build Document and Operational Documents to ensure plans for Test and Live migrations are in place
- Prepare the Test and Live infrastructure for a follow-on project to migrate our IDM Service to
