Resources and Skills;
- IS Development Technology (Dev Tech) will be required to complete the migration/upgrade.
- Project Team will also consist of Dev Tech, Applications Support, Project manager, Technology Management, Service Management, Finance and Estates Finance Control
- Finance and Estates Finance Control will be required to test and sign off User Acceptance Testing, before the upgrade can be implemented to live.
Cost;
- No additional costs are expected for this project (IS Applications days are covered by Core Funding)
- The proposal budgets for this project for:
- Serengeti Database Annual Upgrade 18/19 at 50 days
- The Brief has been estimated at 61 days
- Service Management Time has also been included
