Work on administrative access controls is deemed complete by the project team.
Work on the warning banner has been progressed with a second extended pilot aimed at seeking feedback and confirming no issues.
Work on auto-forwarding:
A website page has been created.
An automated workflow design and form has been built along with wording for acceptance/rejection emails.
The project is over budget.
Subject to no significant issues reported from the second extended pilot, warning banners on external emails received with web-links will be implemented university wide on the 15th July. Change record to be raised for delay in deployment.
Communicate and carry-out a pilot of the auto-forwarding ban.
