Achievements in Last Period

  • Changes have been made to the auto-forwarding text and all that is now needed for the final version is the link to the request form  – Service Management will provide this

Issues

  • The tasks to complete the auto-forwarding work have been held up due to a pivotal member of staff in Service Management being on sick leave. Interim revised dates were therefore submitted to WIS though these may be revised depending on when he returns to work and how soon the tasks can be completed. The piccl to extend the delivery and closure dates was submitted to WIS 30/3/21 (piccl22)

Next Steps

  • Sponsor has asked for a team meeting to review and refresh the roll-out plan – is on 9 Apr 21
  • Service Management to provide link to request form for auto-forwarding comms
  • Rescheduling of dates for delivery with Service Management and ITI
  • Handover within Service Management on how set up comms
  • Service Management to recheck the flow for the authorising side of things (as it has been in place for a while so needs to ensure it runs as it should)
  • Service Management comms (Schools and Colleges Leads  - copying in Abdul Majothi, Relationship manager; Users in the current email forwarding group) to be sent out 2weeks before deployment date
  • Project comms (Helpline and EUSA) to be sent out 2weeks before deployment date
  • Auto-forwarding enabled
