To move to the latest Oracle Version as recommended by the supplier (19c)
DOCS databases are already planned to be moved in dedicated VMs as part of INF149. Upgrade must be scheduled to ensure readiness. Current Application servers are RedHat 7, which reaches EOL in June 2024. Due to the cost of Red Hat licences we are moving away from this OS unless vendors list it as a support requirement. Work must be carried out with a view to the business calendars of Finance and E&B
