Report for April 2022

Additional resources being provided to People and Money - (COR005) has meant that the capacity in Development Services has been greatly reduced. The resource request from People and Money has a very high priority, therefore a number of projects are seeing either a reduction in the resource availability, or the resource being unavailable. COM068 will not get resource to continue, therefore it is very likely the project will be withdrawn.

RAG Commentary: Due to additional development resource being requested and supplied to People and Money (COR005), Development Services do not have the capacity to continue with this project as planned. This project was the first of what would be a bi-annual upgrade project to address maintenance, architecture modernisation and API upgrades. The project is now likely to be withdrawn from this financial year, leaving any vulnerabilities open. As the next planned bi-annual project was scheduled for 23/24, we will need to complete this project during 22/23, impacting other work planned for 22/23.
