The primary driver and funding for this project is Coldfusion replacement and a minimal replacement of existing necessary functionality will be adopted. Improving and systematising information security and access controls to Identity data and actions is another driver. No substantive changes to IDM functionality will be considered due to the likelihood of replacement under the MFA/IDAM initiative.
