The project will be delivered using an Agile methodology, where after initial pre-planning/planning phases then a series of development iterations will be undertaken, with each iteration delivering working software fit for release to users. The overall phases are as follows: -

• Pre-planning
• Planning Iteration
• Development Iterations
• Maintenance Iteration
• Closure
