New Project For Accident & Incident Reporting

Health and Safety Department have a requirement to redevelop their current Accident & Incident Reporting system, which is a web based form accessed via the University of Edinburgh website link http://www.ed.ac.uk/schools-departments/health-safety/accident-reporting.

This form is linked to a back-end MS Access Database, with notification of certain events handled via email. This system is now out of date and requires to be updated / redeveloped onto supported infrastructure

This project will design, develop and deliver an on-line application for recording Accident & Incident reports.  It will also deliver a reporting mechanism capable of providing standard reports in a format that is acceptable for RIDDOR and USHA / HESA.
