Achievements in last period
- Product Owners finalising their post implementation activities ready to commence use of new application
- Updated code fix promoted to to live on 12th May
- Apps Management resource allocated to promote Business Objects activity test and live expected 9th and 16th June respectively
Issues
- Apps Management have allocated resource for implementing business objects tasks however due to the ITS103 whereby both AIR and BI Suite databases are being migrated to new database infrastructure they have requested our activity takes place after test sign off of environments via ITS103 (now completed) and live deployment on 9th June.
- There is a current risk impacting ITS103 whereby Student Systems have concerns regarding non availability of BI SUITE during ITS103 migration to live which may impact our activities. However PM is in discussions with other Project Manager to ensure our deployments remain on schedule.
- Revised milestones have been approved via WIS for Bus Objects Deployment and Closure

- Promote Universe, Info space and Universe connection on live
