Current actual incurred cost of project is 23 days - as above. The 3 days of Project Management time included planning and meetings with the stakeholders. The 20 days of Business Analysis included two IS Apps staff having twelve meetings with CSG contacts, planning and organising those meetings, travel time, writing up notes from the meetings and drawing together the key themes arising. It also includes follow-up in assessing solutions options with developers and a market analysis, plus looking at existing relevant systems within the University.
