Resources Skills and Cost

The above set of tasks has been estimated as requiring 23 days effort. The main work in IS apps will be done by Development Technology. Some additional work will also be done by Applications Management (CSG) staff, who support the Sport & Exercise applications and Technology Management because of the infrastructure work involved. This will also include a contribution from ITI Architecture who have been involved in discussions covering the replacement servers. The different vendors will also have to be included in testing and deployment work on the project, as well as providing technical documentation and advice on their various products.

This is a funded project, and Sport & Exercise will be billed in the standard way - quarterly, for any work done in the quarter just finished.I.e. In October, January and April.
