This project will 'onboard' the Social Responsibility and Sustainability (SRS) Team onto the University's existing instance of Salesforce. The SRS team wish to move from their bespoke CRM solution to the university's instance of Salesforce to support their communication and engagement activities. A feasibility study was completed prior to this project to ensure the viability of onboarding SRS.
