Impact, Dependencies and Assumptions
Impact
- Downtime for the risk user group for one day as part of the build of the TEST environment to allow a copy of data from the existing LIVE environment
- Downtime for the risk user group for one day as part of the deployment to LIVE to enable the migration of data from the existing LIVE
Dependencies
- Dev Tech resources availability
- Access to the LIVE environment is disabled for all users as a pre-requisite to copying/migrating data
Assumptions
- Upgrade is supported by RSM as part of existing contract
- The existing LIVE environment will operate as normal with minimal disruption due to the project.
- The risk user group will be communicated to with sufficient notice prior to the scheduled downtime events
- User accounts will be disabled by the risk manager prior to any scheduled changes
