The project sponsor has noted that it is likely they won't be able to complete user training prior to the next Audit and Risk Committee, and would like to consider delaying the deployment of the system until after that Committee meeting. The sponsor will discuss this within CSG factoring in the potential impact to budget, and confirm. As a result, the Time and Cost RAGs have been marked as AMBER this month.
