- Resolved all issues and questions arising from testers, and provided feedback to testers
- Migrated data and upgraded application from v1 to v2 on 25th September
Issues
- The project sponsor has raised an issue regarding 'risk prefix' in v2 of the application that didn't exist in v1, and has stated this is a degradation of the system. Raised with supplier but they don't have an immediate resolution and instead are looking at it as a product development. Project Sponsor to be shown the workaround by the supplier and noted by supplier for product development, but no immediate date has been provided. Project Manager to consult with the sponsor prior to project closure to ensure this is captured in 'outstanding actions' post-project.
- The supplier has confirmed they will achieve WCAG accessibility compliance at level 'A' by October, when the system is deployed. There are two 'known' accessibility issues being worked on by the supplier in the short term and in the medium term, they are looking at how to achieve 'AA' WCAG compliance. The sponsor is fine with that status for the time being, but again we should note this in the project closure report and ensure a dialogue is maintained by the supplier post-project.
Next Steps
- Supplier to perform initial checks on migration data then hand over system to sponsor w/c 2nd Oct for UoE checks
- Super-user training to be delivered by supplier w/c 2nd Oct and w/c 9th Oct
