ISSUE: The tender paperwork requires further work before this is ready for issue. This along with the current Project Manager leaving will impact the timelines but is unclear at this point if the delivery date will be delayed past the two week tolerance. The new PM will update the plan.

RISK: People – Delay in recruitment of a media producer might increase the need of having the work frame in place.
