  • Agreement on the overall tender process and criteria with input from procurement​

  • Continued pre-market engagement with suppliers to gage opinion on what tender system would be suitable for the types of bidders

Issues

  • ISSUE: The tender paperwork requires further work before this is ready for issue. This along with the current Project Manager leaving will impact the timelines but is unclear at this point if the delivery date will be delayed past the two week tolerance. The new PM will update the plan. ​

  • RISK: People – Delay in recruitment of a media producer might  increase the need of having the work frame in place.​

Next Steps

  • Complete the tender documentation and bidding process​

  • Advertise the invitation to tender​

  • Communicate to suppliers that have previously engaged in the process​

  • New Project Manager to review overall project status and update all project documentation including the project plan

 

  • Proj Tm: Approve final tender criteria and documentation​

  • Proj Tm: Revise project plan and, if outside of 2 week tolerance, escalate to Implementation Group​

  • Proj Tm: Agree suitable administrative tender system to minimise likelihood that likely bidders would be deterred by the system complexity​
