The LibSmart II project will deliver the second in a suite of online library and information literacy courses, the aim of which is to ensure that every student has access to resources to enable them to be digitally capable for their study and research. Both courses are designed to be delivered wholly online and available and relevant for all students across the whole University.

While the course created in Phase I was targeted at a first year undergraduate audience, Phase II would build on this foundation level to meet the higher level learning outcomes required of Honours level students, particularly to support their final dissertation and project work. The course will be designed to be flexible and rich enough to also meet the needs of postgraduate students.
