• Have a good view on existing resources and is highlighting the gaps in the team.

• Sponsor has clarified elements of the scope of this work. Main reason for this work is to inform the planning round. This means certain elements such as diagrams may be de-scoped. Further discussion required.

Issues ​

• Looks like we may not require as much project services time as originally thought.

Next Steps ​

• Start work to identify target resources.
