Achievements in Last Period 

  • Workstream leads consulted to provide status reports
  • Discussions with James Saville in advance of James set to take over the lead/sponsor role for the programme
  • Exec paper updated with additional information

Issues 

  • Lack of clarity on communications requirements for the programme.  I am working with Shaun Burnett and Philip Graham to resolve this.

  • No hybrid working strategy has been communicated for the University, making it difficult to press ahead with the implementation.  An SLT meeting 30th March and Exec meeting 5th April will help with this.
