- Revised milestones approved by WIS 26 January 18
- PM drew up a revised toolkit document but on consultation with other analysts working on BI there needs to be changes
Issues
- PM had to take on 2 new projects and had deadlines for the project briefs which meant the toolkit update was delayed
- Snowstorm and closure of university delayed the review of the revised toolkit
Next Steps
- Update of revised toolkit
- PM to reconsider milestones as redrafting delayed
