Project Governance

  • Weekly Core Project Team meetings
  • Regular meetings with IS and Corporate stakeholders - A Notifications User Group is in process of being set up to include work package representatives. The remit of the group to aid engagement during the project, provide input to requirements and feedback on developments, user acceptance testing and rollout activity together with continued engagement for future activity
  • Regular meetings with Pilot Users - provide input to requirements and feedback on developments, user acceptance testing and rollout activity
  • Regular update meeting with key DTI Programme Managers particularly DTI Enterprise APIs
  • User Centred Portal & Notifications Steering Group - this group meets every 4 / 6 weeks with the following representation from:
    • Service Excellence (Barry Neilson, Lisa Dawson, Franck Bergeret)
    • DTI (Mark Ritchie, Alison Armstrong, Karen Stirling, Richard Scott, Chris Copner)  
    • IS Applications (Iain Fiddes)

    • IS Learning, Teaching & Web (Martin Morrey, Melissa Highton)
