This project is required to help establish the user testing service within IS Applications that was set up under project DTI002. The service is starting to be used within some of our projects and this new project is required to help build the service and further cement its ubiquity across our division by developing our understanding and knowledge of what can be done and how it can best be embedded within our methodologies. This should enable us to build up a robust testing service based on the foundations laid down by DTI002.

This project should see the establishment of sound principles that will help us to develop the testing service as its expected use grows and also the optimal incorporation of it into our project methodologies so that it is used in the best way possible. This should ensure that we continue to use the service across the division and that the progress achieved under DTI002 is not 'lost'.
