RAG Commentary
The change of project personnel led to an examination of the current state of the project. Key documents / governance mechanisms were not put place. The procurement strategy, business case and technical checklist have not been completed and are necessary prerequisites for the purchase of the solution. At this stage we believe this project can be completed by 31 July 2018 in medium to best case scenarios however in the worst case scenarios, if there are further unforeseen blockers then this project could be in jeopardy. Given this context we believe amber is the most appropriate RAG status.
