Project to build and implement SharePoint based Document Management Service.

Project will include:

·         Analysis of SharePoint capability based on the business

requirements

·         Defining use cases for SharePoint

·         Creation of DMS Toolkit

·         Design, configure and document template document management

solutions

·         Design Document Management Service using ITIL Framework

·         Define and agreeing success criteria, measures and targets for the

Document Management Service

·         Procuring and implementing any essential add-on tools including

any required POC and transition to business as usual. Testing and POCs

·         Training, documentation and marketing materials

·         Fund training development and delivery

·         Engage with key customers, site owners and end-users e.g. through

forum

·         Initiate sales strategy
