Project Governance

Project progress will be reported in line with IS Applications monthly reporting process.

Each key milestone will be assessed in detail by the Project Team before formal reporting to WIS.

Due to the fact that this is a "Highest" priority project, which is having Governance applied to it already in flight against an aggressive hard deadline,  regular weekly meetings are scheduled with the Project Sponsor, Programme Manager, Project Team members and key Stakeholders.  An escalation path has also been agreed with both Project Sponsor and Programme Manager for any issue, risk, or key decision required.
