Overview

Delivery of a virtual tour solution for SRA that provides, through an interactive map containing information hotspots and rich media assets, a space and place representation of the University and its environs. This will be a key tool at a time when physical visits are not possible and likely to be constrained for some time.

Next Delivery Milestone:  UoE Sign Off Service Wrapper - Now proposed as 25-Nov-2020 (was 11-Nov-2020)

 

RAG Commentary

  • The site was officially launched / is live 02-Nov-2020.
  • Work is still underway to apply a Service Wrapper, the BA is in discussion with SRA, Enquiry Management and IS to finalise.
  • Works underway agreeing publication and site content creation BAU processes.  This has now been agreed to extend beyond the main Project life cycle.
  • A draft closure report has been created and was reviewed 16-Nov-2020. 
  • Project Closure is now predicted for 27-Nov-2020.  It was agreed that to complete the Service Wrapper that the PM raise a Change #4:  Change to Major Milestone - Project Closure in support of this, which will be submitted to WIS 20-Nov-2020.
