Key Achievements in the Last Period

• The site was officially launched / is live 02-Nov-2020.
• An IS News Story has been published in support of launch.
• Work is still underway to apply a Service Wrapper, the BA is in discussion with SRA, Enquiry Management and IS to finalise.  It is likely that a number of items will remain to be completed post Project as part of the formation of the wider Online and Digital Events Service, which includes EventsAir and Unibuddy. 
• Agreement has been reached with Service Excellence that works will continue post Project to agree / finalise publication and site content creation BAU processes.
• A draft closure report has been created, reviewed (16-Nov-2020) and is ready for submission to WIS (04-Dec-2020). 
• Project Closure is now expected  04-Dec-2020.

Next Phase Tasks

• Agree Service Wrapper sign off, including any post Project tasks to complete as part of the Online and Digital Events Service.
• Gain agreement for and undertake subsequent Project Closure activities.

Issues and Risks

Risk #6:  Agreeing / Implementing a Service Wrapper  GREEN.  

30-Nov-2020:  Conversation held with Alex Carter about adding VV to the new Online and Digital Events Service / sharepoint site. The BA has agreed with Stephen Smith that VV and Unibuddy, along with EventsAir that is already on the site, can be added. Service Document drafts are with Senior Stakeholders for sign off including contacts and an agreement between SRA and Revolution Viewing. Suran Perera is adding a page to the Wiki for IS to cover VV support / contact details.
