Service Level Agreement

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) document continues on beyond the project closure as a 'living' document.  For this reason it is created as an independant MSWord document, a working copy of which is attached to this page during the life of the project.

To obtain an SLA template, click on the link below which will open a read-only view.  This can then be saved to your local machine (using 'Save As') and edited as required.

The edited document should then be uploaded to this page.
