• ECA006 has a hard deadline in order to make the enhancements before the next round of exam boards, as such the programme owner and programme sponsor have agreed that this project should take priority over ECA001 - ECA Infrastructure.  This does place a risk on ECA001 as overrun in this project could endanger completing the ECA001 project within 2012/13's ringfenced funds.
• The information presented for consumption by EUCLID for exam's upload is dependant on that information being fed to the ECA LMS in the first place, any requirement for new data would have an impact on SACS resources to specify and test any changes to the existing portal feeds - the contingency measure would be to descope any element that requires additional data from EUCLID.
