To migrate the University of Edinburgh IP Management Platform: Inteum along with the adopted processes from the Tech Transfer Team embedded within Edinburgh Innovations (EI).

The current platform is equipped with a web site called Inventor Portal used to engage with Academics who are in demand for IP disclosure and patenting. Therefore, the Inventor Portal is part of the project and has to be migrated/re-developed.

The assumption is to migrate the whole set of functionalities to the IRM platform, see: https://www.ed.ac.uk/information-services/enterprise-architecture/relationship-management/industry-relationship-management - the University of Edinburgh Industry Engagement CRM system.

The goal is to allow Tech Transfer Teams to work in close relation with other industry engagement teams (BDEs, Consultancy, etc.) on a same and unique platform, using common reporting functionalities.
