Achievements in Last Period

• The documentation is in progress.
• Restoring the service from backup has fully tested.
• The LIVE environment continues to be piloted with DevTech and Edina
• VMware are on site to assist with the build of the extended cluster in Appleton Tower

Issues and Risks

• 10GB network infrastructure has not yet fully been delivered by CIS but we have sufficient connectivity to keep the project on track.
• Full service will be rolled into the continuation project for phase 3 expansion at Appleton Tower, since we have run out of resource for this planning year

Next Steps

• Complete documenting the installation
• Act on feedback from the pilot service to frame requirements for Phase 3 project work-package
• CIS to complete 10GB network infrastructure build
