This project will deliver updated tools for the Helpline and others to manage and audit account management that is driven from the IDM into Active Directory. It will also fully document the code and provide user documentation for the use of these tools and commit the code supporting this into subversion for ease of maintenance.

The existing tools no longer work properly and the code is poorly documented. This will ensure that the tools remain fit for purpose and can be maintained into the future. This will improve efficiency by providing the Helpline and other computing staff with the management information needed to support accounts in Active Directory without having to escalate calls to 2nd and 3rd line support.
